Construction Safety Week serves as an opportunity to strengthen the industry’s safety culture and to evaluate the measures and best practices which ensure every project progresses without incident or injury. At Griffin Electric, project managers and forepersons collaborate before each project begins, creating preconstruction plans which identify potential hazards, while its dedicated team of safety managers conduct frequent walkthroughs on every active jobsite to proactively detect, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions that could lead to injury. Safety managers and forepersons also hold weekly “Toolbox Talks” to reinforce relevant safety information with crew members.
