Field positions available in New England:
Apprentice - Assist safely in the installation, alterations, and additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment under close supervision and in compliance with the requirements of the National Electrical Code and other state and local building codes. Attendance required in our Apprenticeship Training Program until state journeyperson electrical license is obtained. Wage is $20-22/hr.
Driver - Safely and accurately load material onto a company truck using all necessary safety guidelines and regulations and deliver materials/tools to and from job sites throughout New England. Holds a valid state driver's license and has a favorable driving record. Wage is $22 -$25/hr.
Electrician - Perform productive, accurate, and high-quality installation, alterations, and additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment in compliance with the requirements of the National Electrical Code and other state and local building codes. Holds a valid Journeyperson Electrical License. Wage is $39-$45/hr.
Foreperson - Provide technical supervision, oversight, and direction to work activities at the field site to ensure compliance with contract, safety, and company standards. Holds a valid Journeyperson Electrical License or equivalent competency. Wage is $42-$50/hr.
Telecommunications Technician - Performs productive, accurate, and high-quality installation, termination, and maintenance/repairs of network transport systems within the commercial, industrial and hi-tech telecommunication industry. All work compliant with the National Electrical Code and other state and local building codes, and BICSI guidelines. Wage is $36 -$38/hr.
Maintenance Technician – Provide in the evenings general building cleaning, maintenance, and other custodial responsibilities for our corporate office. Holds a valid driver’s license. Experience with floor/carpet cleaning equipment a plus. Wage is $22-$24/hr.

Accounts Payable Associate - Oversee accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices. Wage is $25-$31/hr.
Accounts Receivable Administrator - Oversee the timely collection of payments due from execution of projects; process requisitions, proposals and change orders. Strong organizational and communication skills. Wage is $28-$34/hr.
CAD Draftsperson - Models/draws electrical systems in CAD and Revit and creates/maintains contract as-built documents. Wage is $22-25/hr.
Estimator - Completes accurate, timely estimates including all required job costs to provide accurate bids to secure new work. Salary is $98k-$135k.
Executive Assistant - Marketing: Assists the Marketing teams with ongoing efforts for company branding and engagement. This role will be responsible for preparing communications, tracking project progress and general administrative tasks. The pay range for this position is $34-40.
HR Administrator - Supports field craft recruitment and outreach efforts, presents at schools and career fairs, maintains applicant tracking, and assists with onboarding process. Wage is $26 -$28/hr.
Project Administrator - Assists the Project Managers by providing administrative support for start-up and on-going maintenance of projects and job closeout. Wage is $27-33/hr.
Project Manager - Overall fiscal and operational responsibility of all phases of assigned projects including project development, budget, tracking and execution, while leading a team and building relationships with general contractors and suppliers. Salary is $104k - $160k.
Technical Training Specialist - Creates and maintains curriculum development for our Apprenticeship Training Program as well as develops technical training such as fire alarms and motor controls. Electrical State License, prior teaching and/or curriculum experience with demonstrated computer skills required. Salary is $90k-$110k.
